QA view
How to review assets before sending them to the client.
The QA view is where the team reviews every asset before it is sent to the client.
How it works
- 1.Open the asset from the Deliverables tab or from the QA list.
- 2.Watch the video using the integrated player.
- 3.Activate the Safe Zone Overlay to verify that content is not cut off on mobile screens.
- 4.Review the side panel.
- 5.Mark the asset as Approved or send it back with Requires Changes.
Side panel
- AI Understanding: automatic AI analysis of the content.
- Quality Check: technical checklist (resolution, duration, format).
- Feedback: space to leave comments for the creator.
Actions
If the asset has issues, use the Requires Changes button to send it back to the creator with the loaded feedback. If it is approved, mark it as Approved and it automatically moves to the Deliverables tab.
