Once you submit your brief, the production process runs largely without input from you. Here is what Winclap handles on your behalf.
Brief review
A Winclap team member reviews your brief to confirm all required fields are complete and the creative direction is clear. If anything needs clarification, you will be contacted directly.
Creator matching
Winclap selects creators from its network who match your target audience, geographic market, and content format. Selection considers engagement rate, content style, and past performance on similar briefs.
Production management
Winclap manages the entire production communication with creators: briefing, timelines, clarifications, and revisions. You are not copied on creator conversations unless an issue requires your input.
Quality assurance
Every piece of content is reviewed by Winclap before it reaches you. The QA process checks compliance with your Dos and Don'ts, brand guidelines, and technical requirements (resolution, duration, format).
