Brief statuses explained
What each status means (Selecting Creators, Scripts Approval, etc.) and what action is needed.
Every brief moves through a series of statuses that reflect where it is in the production process. Here is what each status means and whether any action is required from you.
Selecting Creators
Winclap is reviewing your brief and identifying creators who match your audience, region, and content type. No action needed.
Scripts Approval
Creators have submitted their content scripts or outlines for review before filming. Winclap reviews these against your brief. You may be asked to approve a script if your brief requires it.
In Production
Creators are filming and editing their content. No action needed from you at this stage.
QA Review
Winclap is reviewing completed deliverables against your brief requirements. Content that does not pass QA is returned to the creator for revision.
Pending Approval
Deliverables have passed QA and are ready for your review. Action required: open the brief and approve or request changes on each deliverable.
Completed
All deliverables have been approved and are available to download.
