How to reach the Winclap team if something needs attention.

If you have a question about your brief or need help with anything on the platform, the Winclap team is available to assist.

Email support

Send your question or issue to contact@winclap.com. Include your brief ID and a description of what you need.

What to include in your message

  • Your brief ID (visible in the dashboard next to your brief title)
  • A clear description of the issue or question
  • Screenshots or screen recordings if the issue is visual
  • Your preferred contact method if you want a call instead of email

Urgent issues

If your brief has a hard deadline and something is blocking progress, mark your email subject as URGENT so the team can prioritize it.

Feedback on deliverables

For feedback on specific deliverables, use the Request Changes flow inside the platform rather than email. This keeps all revision notes attached to the deliverable and avoids miscommunication.

For platform bugs or technical issues, include your browser name and version in the email so the team can reproduce the problem.
