Reviewing deliverables
How to see and approve the final content.
When deliverables are ready, the brief status changes to Pending Approval and you receive an email notification. Here is how to review and act on each deliverable.
Viewing deliverables
Open your brief from the dashboard and navigate to the Deliverables tab. Each deliverable is listed with a preview player. You can view the content directly in the platform without downloading.
Approving
If a deliverable meets your expectations, click Approve. Approved deliverables become available for download immediately. Once approved, a deliverable cannot be sent back for revision.
Requesting changes
If a deliverable needs adjustment, click Request Changes and provide specific, actionable feedback. Avoid general comments: the more precise the note, the faster the revision. Example: 'The CTA at 0:28 is missing the discount code, please add AGENTIC20'.
Downloading assets
Approved deliverables can be downloaded individually or in bulk from the Deliverables tab. Assets are provided in the original resolution and format captured by the creator.
